Molds for household electrical switches

The project involved developing high-dimensional precision tools for manufacturing electrical switches. The main challenge was to guarantee technical quality in a single-cavity mold format, ideal for launch phases and short production series.

A series of specialized molds were designed and manufactured. These tools were specifically developed for single-cavity mold injection processes, allowing an agile transition from conceptual design to the final piece ready for the domestic market.
