High-precision multi-cavity molds

The main challenge was to maximize production efficiency through the design of complex multi-cavity molds. An internal architecture was required to allow for ultra-fast cooling and balanced filling of all cavities to reduce cycle times without compromising the dimensional precision of the parts.

An engineering solution was developed based on precision molds with hot runner systems and conformal cooling circuits. The technical design focused on optimizing fluid dynamics and ejection mechanics, achieving minimum injection times and exceptional repeatability in each cycle.
